How to take dream drops?

Take 6 drops (0.22 ml) directly or diluted in a little water, half an hour before going to bed.

Water, apple concentrate, lavender dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Miller – flowers), chamomile dry extract (Matricaria chamomilla L. – flower heads), California poppy dry extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham. – aerial part), elderberry dry extract (Sambucus nigra L. – fruit), carrot and blackcurrant concentrate, melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), citric acid (acidulant), natural flavoring, potassium sorbate (preservative).

6 drops (0.22 ml) provide: 1 mg of melatonin, 10 mg of lavender dry extract, 10 mg of chamomile dry extract, 5 mg of California poppy dry extract, 5 mg of elderberry dry extract, and 0.7 mg of vitamin B6: pyridoxine (50% NRV*).
