How to take Duplo Vitamin C & D3 1000 Mg + Zinc?

Acidulant: citric acid, Acidity regulator: sodium carbonate, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Bulking agent: sorbitol, Orange flavouring, Colour: beta carotene, Orange juice powder (maltodextrin, concentrated orange juice (40%), acidity regulator: citric acid), Zinc citrate, Sweeteners: acesulfame k, aspartame, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
