Properties and benefits of Enzy Master

Gliadin, a protein component of gluten, is especially rich in the amino acid Proline, which is integrated as a link in the extensive amino acid chains of gluten. People with gluten sensitivity find it difficult for their bodies to break the Proline bonds to digest these long chains and thus facilitate the assimilation of their amino acids. This difficulty can translate into intestinal discomfort. This sensitivity is different in celiacs, since in this case they must refrain from consuming products that contain gluten.

How to take Enzy Master?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet, with a glass of water, before eating foods with gluten.

Precautions

Not suitable for celiac patients or people undergoing treatment with DPP-IV enzyme inhibitors.
