Equazen® is a dietary supplement based on Omega 3 (marine origin) and Omega 6 (plant origin) oils, with a 9:3:1 ratio of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): DHA (doxohexaenoic acid): GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). It works by promoting proper brain development and function.

The combination of both Omegas has been shown to be effective in maintaining optimal brain function and improving attention, memory, impulsivity, and behavior regulation, thereby improving symptoms associated with concentration problems, neurodevelopmental disorders, and preventing cognitive decline in older adults.

How to take Equazen omega-3 and 6 forte?

Suitable for use in children 5 years and older and adults. Initial dose: For the first 3 months, the recommended dose is 2 capsules daily. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the capsule. Take the capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal.

Maintenance intake: It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily.

Composition of Equazen omega-3 and 6 forte

Concentrated fish oil (43%), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) (28%), gelatin (bovine), humectant: glycerol, stabilizer: sodium alginate, antioxidants: rosemary extract, tocopherol-rich extract.

Per 1 capsule:
Fish oil (465 mg) of which Omega 3 (279 mg), DHA: 93 mg, Evening Primrose Oil 300 mg, of which Omega 6, GLA 30 mg.
