How to take Ergyphilus HPy (probiotics)?

2 to 4 capsules daily are recommended. From 6 years old (capsule).

From 3 to 6 years old, open the capsule and pour the contents into a little water or compote.

Composition of Ergyphilus HPy (probiotics)

Potato starch, acacia fibers (Acacia senegal (L.) Willd.), lyophilized lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, hesperidin from Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
