Holy Basil (Ocimum Tenuiflorum or Sanctum) known as Tulsi, is a sacred plant in Hinduism. It is a plant native to India and also cultivated in many other Asian countries. The plant has been used in Ayurveda for hundreds of years.

How to take holy basil powder?

It is recommended to make an infusion with the powdered leaf and hot water (1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water), strain and ready. It can be served hot or cold, alone or accompanied by other herbs or spices such as ginger, cinnamon, coriander or anise. Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach with hot water.
