Multi-Guard High Potency contains a unique blend of plant-based antioxidants derived from green tea, grape seed, rosemary, and oregano extracts, providing 625 super antioxidant ORAC units per tablet.

• The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded, as Multi-Guard High Potency is an iron-rich supplement and an excess can be harmful, especially in children.
• It is advisable to keep the container out of the reach and sight of children.
• Long-term intake of the amount of vitamin B6 contained in Multi-Guard High Potency may cause mild tingling and numbness.

Multi-Guard for kids

Lamberts Multi-Guard for Kids can be used alongside other dietary supplements, such as our Chewable Calcium and Omega 3 for Kids. Good nutrition is important for children, particularly during periods of rapid growth or when the child expends a lot of energy playing sports or other activities.

Multi-Guard High Strength

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Multi-Guard for kids

Recommended for children 4 to 10 years of age: chew 1 tablet daily with a meal. Children 11 years of age and older: chew 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of their sight and reach. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
