How to take Melatonin?

Take 1 tablet a day, before going to bed. It is recommended to take the tablet at the same time every day (between 1 and 2 hours before going to bed). In case of jet lag, take 1 tablet (the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg) which should be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at the destination.
