How to take Gallic rose essential oil?

It is recommended for the body: Dilute the preparation in a carrier oil and apply it with a gentle massage.

Spray: Mix the essential oil with alcohol and water in the following proportions: 70% alcohol, 25% water and 5% essential oil.
