How to take Femmelife® intimate flora?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day for at least one week, accompanied by water, preferably half an hour before meals.

Megaflora 9 evo: 9 probiotic strains: Bifidobacterium lactis W51 and Bifidobacterium lactis W52, Enterococcus faecium W54, Lactobacillus acidophilus W22, Lactobacillus paracasei W20, Lactobacillus plantarum W1 and Lactobacillus plantarum W21, Lactobacillus salivarius W24, Lactococcus lactis W19.
