How to take Ferroplant max source of iron and vitamins?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, preferably before breakfast.

Composition of Ferroplant max source of iron and vitamins

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Ferroplant® dry extract (water, seaweed, horsetail, couch grass, nettle, fennel, bitter orange, plantain, yarrow, juniper and spinach), Ferric pyrotostat (Lipofer), L-ascorbic acid, Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, Cyanocobalamin (0.1%), Pyridoxine chlorate, Ribotlavin, Thiamine hydrochloride, Pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Per 1 tablet:
Ferroplant dry extract (seaweed, horsetail, couch grass, nettle, fennel, bitter orange, plantain, yarrow, juniper and spinach) (378 mg), Lipofer Iron (14 mg), Vitamin C (80 mg), Vitamin B1 (0.55 mg), Vitamin B2 (0.7 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.7 mg), Folic acid (100 mcg), Vitamin B12 (1.25 mcg).
