It is recommended to take 2 drops on a neutral carrier (honey, cane sugar, or vegetable oil) 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 6 drops – 220 mg.

Tips:

• In case of stress or emotional shock, 3 drops of AEQT Chamomile on the solar plexus will calm the nervous state,
