Properties and benefits of Incense essential oil

It is harvested using a thousand-year-old process: the bark is incised by removing a flap about ten centimeters in length. The resin is collected, once hardened in contact with air, 3 weeks later.
Only the male tree produces incense resin, and after ten years only! It is harvested by nomadic tribes according to ancestral methods, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain this essential oil of frankincense, which comes from countries in armed conflict.

How to take Incense essential oil?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of frankincense essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water.
