How to take Melanoctin Drops (Melatonin 1.95 mg) Sublingual?

It is recommended to remove the stopper from the bottle and administer the dose using the syringe. Take 0.5 ml (equivalent to 1.95 mg of melatonin) half an hour before going to sleep. Keep the liquid under the tongue. Children 3 years and older: Take 0.1 ml to 0.25 ml.
