How to take Florabet 20?

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, preferably with breakfast. Do not ingest with hot drinks or food, since the heat kills the microorganisms.

If antibiotics are taken, wait at least two hours before taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
