Properties and benefits of Fosginjal

• Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) and its ginsenoside content help promote vitality in body and mind, mental alertness, and maintain good cognitive performance, especially concentration and memory. MARNYS Fosginjal has recognized Korean ginseng as having a minimum 10% ginsenoside content (ginsenoside Rb1).
• Royal Jelly is traditionally used as an aid to energy metabolism due to its balanced content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and sugars.
• Soy lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids and triglycerides, with phosphatidylcholine and phosphoinositol being the most important phospholipids, which are present in both the bile ducts and the cell membranes of the nervous system.
• Dicalcium phosphate, its calcium content contributes to normal neurotransmission, and its phosphorus content contributes to the normal function of cell membranes. Phosphorus is a mineral that forms part of the structure of the phospholipid layer in the membranes of the body’s cells, being key to their structure and function.

How to take Fosginjal?

It is recommended to take 1-3 capsules a day, preferably before meals.
