How to take Annual tansy chemotyped essential oil – leaf?

It is recommended to apply a few drops of Blue Tansy in your moisturizer to promote calm and clarity of the skin. Massage into the wrists and lower back to promote balance of emotions and sleep. Diffuse 1-2 drops and breathe deeply to support the respiratory system.

Precautions

Do not use in case of pregnancy. Do not use with children under 8 years of age. Always dilute with a carrier oil. People allergic to ragweed may react to blue tansy. Make sure you are using Tanacetum annuum (blue tansy) and not its cousin, Tanacetum vulgare (tansy), as the latter is toxic to humans. Do not use this oil in the bathroom, as it will stain the bathtub blue.

Storage conditions

Store with the cap tightly closed, in an upright position, out of direct heat and sunlight.
