Common valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) is a flowering plant belonging to the Valerianaceae family. It is the best known of the Valeriana genus, which includes more than 150 species. It is found mainly in the forested regions of Europe and partly also in North America and tropical South America.

How to take Melatonin Pure Activ?

It is recommended to take one tablet daily. The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Dry extract of valerian root of which valerenic acids (0.42%), Bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), Coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, glycerin), Colorants (copper complex of chlorophyll), Melatonin.

Valerian (500 mg) of which Valerenic Acids (2.1 mg), Melatonin (1 mg).
