How to take Curcu Mind?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day. They can be taken together before breakfast or spread out throughout the day, preferably between meals.

Composition of Curcu Mind

Longvida: Optimized extract of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma Longa L.), titrated to 23% in Curcuminoids (contains soy lecithin), Cognivia, Dry extract of Salvia Officinalis L. leaves, Essential oil of Salvia Lavandulifolia Vahl. and Emulsifier (gum arabic); Magnesium of marine origin (concentrated magnesium salts from seawater: oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate and magnesium chloride); Dry extract of Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L). Pennell-plant) titrated to 20% in bacosides; Anti-caking agents (Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide).

Curcumin (80 mg), Curcuma longvida (400 mg), Marine magnesium (154 mg), Bacosides (60 mg), Sage dry extract (270 mg), Salvia lavandulifolia essential oil (30 Microliter), Cognivia (400 mg), Bacopa dry extract (300 mg).
