For 3 envelopes:
Glucosamine Sulfate (2000 mg), L-Arginine (2000 mg), L-Glycine (1000 mg), Alfalfa Extract (120 mg), Licorice Extract (100 mg), Vitamin C (60 mg), Zinc Sulfate (15 mg) of which Zinc (6 mg), Honey (12 mg), Pantothenic Acid (6 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.0 mg), Folic Acid (200 mcg), Vitamin B12 (0.9 mcg).
