It is recommended to take 2 units a day:

Ingredients (capsule):
Potato starch, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Lactobacillus helveticus Lafti L10 ( SOY ), Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, emulsifier: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Per 1 capsule:
Lactobacillus helveticus Lafti L10 34 mg (5.1 billion CFU**), Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG 10 mg (1 billion CFU**).

Ingredients (tablet):
Dry extract of grapefruit seeds (Citrus paradisi), dry extract of blue oregano leaves (Origanum vulgare), emulsifier: magnesium caprylate, propolis resin extract, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate, concentrated acerola fruit juice extract (Malpighia glabra) titrated in vitamin C, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, emulsifier: magnesium salt of fatty acids, tablet coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and fatty acid, emulsifier: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, biotin (vitamin B8).

Per 1 tablet:
Grapefruit seed extract 200 mg, of which bioflavonoids 90 mg, Oregano leaf extract 150 mg, Propolis 100 mg, Acerola fruit juice extract 82.5 mg, of which vitamin C 12 mg, Biotin (Vitamin B8) 7.5 µg.
