Ginkgo biloba is one of the oldest tree species, often described as a living fossil, and has been used for centuries in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

The active ingredients of ginkgo biloba are found in the leaves and are mainly flavonoids and terpenoids.

Ginkgo biloba leaves provide an antioxidant effect thanks to their flavonoid content. Furthermore, the terpenoids in ginkgo leaves act by dilating blood vessels, making them indicated for some circulatory disorders.

How to take Ginkgo Biloba?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, after the main meals.

Ginkgo biloba (210 mg), Fructooligosaccharides (210 mg), Ginkgo biloba extract (90.5 mg), Terpene lactones (5.4 mg), Flavonoid glycosides (22 mg).
