Water, Glucosamine sulfate, Potassium chloride, L-arginine, Acidulant (Malic acid), L-glycine, Liquorice extract (Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate), Preservatives (Potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Flavoring (Lemon flavors), Sweetener (Sucralose), Zinc sulfate, Pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pathothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Potassium Chloride Glucosamine Sulfate (600 mg), L-Arginine (600 mg), L-Glycine (300 mg), Licorice Extract (30 mg), Vitamin C (18 mg), Zinc (1.8 mg), Pantothenic Acid (1.8 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.6 mg), Folic Acid (60 mcg), Vitamin B12 (0.3 mcg).
