Green Tea Extract from SFI Health is a food supplement containing 95% polyphenols compared to other similar green tea preparations. It contains substances called flavonoids and polyphenols, which are antioxidants.

How to take Green tea extract?

Take 1 capsule daily with one of the meals.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not consume a daily amount of 800mg or more of 3-gallate epigallocatechin. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor by persons under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed if other green tea-containing products are consumed the same day. It should also not be taken on an empty stomach. Do not take this product if you have liver disease or elevated liver enzymes. If you experience nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, unusual sweating and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and inform your doctor. If you have any pathology or condition, consult your doctor before using this product.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Dry extract of green tea leaves (Camelia sinensis), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, water.

Per 1 capsule: Dry extract of green tea leaves (Camelia sinensis) (standardized to 95% polyphenols, 50% epigallocatechin 3-gallate) (250 mg EGCG) (500 mg).
