How to take ImmunoProtec immune system?

It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age: take 20 ml once a day, preferably during a meal. Children from 6 to 11 years old: take 10 ml once a day, preferably during a meal.

Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cup. Shake the bottle before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Aqueous extract (52%) of: whole echinacea plant (Echinacea purpurea L. Moench)(24%), lemon balm leaves, apple fruits, mint leaves, sage leaves, rosemary leaves, rosehip peel.
Blend of fruit juice concentrates (35%): pear, elderberry, pomegranate, blackberry, carrot, acerola.
Water, Soft apple and plum extract, Thickener (locust bean gum), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Zinc (zinc citrate), Vitamin B6 (1.70 mg) (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Selenium (sodium selenate), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
