How to take Microflora Hst probiotics?

It is recommended to dissolve the mixture in water, yogurt before ingesting it and waiting 1 minute before taking it to activate the probiotics. Consume preferably on an empty stomach. If you are taking antibiotics, wait 2-3 hours to take Microflora HST.
