Bio inhalation capsules allow easy and natural inhalation of water vapour, suitable for releasing and decongesting the nose.

They are compatible with a classic inhaler or can simply be used in a container with hot water.

How to take Inhalation capsules Bio?

It is recommended to dilute 1 capsule in the inhaler, maximum 3 times a day for 5 days. Inhale the water vapor for a maximum of 5 minutes.

In case of skin irritation: Apply a little vegetable oil to the affected area.

Instructions:

1. Insert the entire capsule directly into the inhaler.

2. Pour boiling water over the capsule.

3. Place the top back onto the base of the inhaler and twist until it closes completely.

4. Inhale the vapors.

5. Wash the inhaler thoroughly after use.
