Properties and benefits of Bisglycinate Iron

This product is composed of ferrous bisglycinate, a well-tolerated and highly bioavailable form of iron. Iron, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation and, together with folate, participate in the normal function of the immune system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal blood cell formation and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin C improves iron absorption and, together with B2, contributes to protecting cells from oxidative damage.

How to take Bisglycinate Iron?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily with food. It is preferable to space out the dosage between medications.

Composition of Bisglycinate Iron

Ferrous bisglycinate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium L-methylfolate, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), sodium riboflavin 5′-phosphate (vitamin B2), inositol hexanicotinate (vitamin B3), pyroxidal 5′-phosphate (vitamin B6), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, cupric citrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule (glazing agent: vegetable cellulose; humectant: purified water).

Iron (ferrous bisglycinate) 35 mg, Copper 1 mg, Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 4.5 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 3.75 mg, Vitamin B3 (Niacin) 4.5 mg, Vitamin B6 3.42 mg, Folic acid 1000 mcg, Vitamin B12 1000 mcg, Vitamin C 75 mg.
