How to take L-Leucine?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times a day at least half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened. Do not take with nutrients containing protein.
