How to take Lactogermine® (live lactic ferments)?

• Children: 1 bottle per day.
• Adults: 2 bottles per day.

Consume outside of meals (one hour before or after). Once prepared, consume immediately.

Reservoir cap content: bulking agent: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103), probiotic blend: Bifidobacterium bifidum HA-132 (BCCM/LMG ID11719), Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus HA-137 (BCCM/LMG ID10482), Lactobacillus helveticus HA-122 (BCCM/LMG S-24802), Streptococcus thermophilus HA-110 (BCCM/LMG ID10476) (contains milk and soy), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Bottle content: galacto-oligosaccharides (from milk), purified water, fructose, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, flavors, acidifier: citric acid.

Per 1 bottle: Galacto-oligosaccharides (2.5 g), Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (3×10⁹ CFU), probiotic blend (1×10⁹ CFU) of which Bifidobacterium bifidum HA-132 (1.45×10⁸ CFU), Lactobacillus helveticus HA-122 (5.5×10⁸), Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus HA-137 (2×10⁷), Streptococcus thermophilus HA-110 (2.85×10⁸).
