How to take Lactosul complex + d3?

Inulin, isomaltose bulking agent, capsule coating: hypromellose, coloring calcium carbonate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, emulsifier glycerol esters of fatty acids, anti-caking agent vegetable magnesium stearate, selenium (L-selenomethionine), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

100 mg of Inulin, 8,000 million (CFU*) of live lactic ferments: 2,000 million Bifidobacterium lactis, 2,000 million Lactobacillus plantarum, 2,000 million Bifidobacterium breve, 2,000 million Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
