How to take L-Carnosine?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, at least half an hour before meals or two hours after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened. Do not take with nutrients containing protein.
