Monacolin K from red yeast rice contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.*

The cereal contains 14 substances known as monacolins, which are part of the statin group and serve to lower blood cholesterol levels.

Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a substance present in most cells, important for energy metabolism and with antioxidant action.

*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 mg of monacolin K from fermented preparations of red yeast rice.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Avoid consuming more than 3g/day of added plant sterols or stanols. Consult your doctor if you are undergoing treatment to lower cholesterol. Do not consume the daily amount of 3mg or more of monacolins from red yeast rice. Do not consume by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents under 18 years of age, or adults over 70 years of age. If you experience any health problems, consult your doctor about taking this product. Do not consume if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice.

Composition of Regulacol (Red yeast rice, Coenzyme Q10 and plant sterols)

Dry extract of rice seed (Oryza sativa L.), capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), plant sterols (12005 mg /100 g), red yeast rice (Monascus purpureus), dry extract of milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) 80% silymarin and 30% silybin, bulking agent (anhydrous dicalcium phosphate), coenzyme Q10, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), chromium picolinate.

Per daily dose (1 capsule):

Rice extract 150 mg, Plant sterols 57 mg, Red yeast rice 55.37 mg of which (Total monacolins 2.99 mg, Monacolin K 2.77 mg), Milk thistle extract 50 mg of which (Silymarin 40 mg, Silybin 15 mg), Coenzyme Q10 10 mg, Chromium 40 µg (100% NRV*).
