Sotya Alfalfa is a food supplement that increases appetite and helps in growth. Alfalfa is rich in mineral salts such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and vitamins such as beta-carotene, vitamins B and C, essential amino acids and fiber. It contains saponins (2-3%), flavonoids and sterols.

Properties and benefits of Alfalfa

It has remineralizing, tonic and haemostatic properties and is used to improve digestive disorders and poor digestion. Alfalfa is traditionally recommended as a tonic for indigestion, dyspepsia, anaemia, loss of appetite and poor assimilation of food.

How to take Alfalfa?
