How to take Laxlin regular intestinal transit?

Take 2 teaspoons a day (5 g). They can be taken together at any time of the day or one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Take directly and immediately afterwards drink one or two glasses of water. It can also be added to yogurts and/or purees.
