How to take Neodonna Isoflavones?

It is recommended to take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, during or after a meal. In pre-menopause 1 single tablet to be taken preferably in the morning. We recommend an integration for a period of at least 6 months followed by a suspension period of 20 days.
