GABA is a naturally occurring amino acid classified as a neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitters are chemical messengers which carry information between nerve cells. GABA is known for its calming effect.

Ingredients

Other Ingredients:Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, L-leucine, bamboo silica.

Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy.

Suggested Use

Take one capsule three times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution:Some individuals may experience minor tingling of the skin and/or a slight shortness of breath shortly after taking GABA. This is a characteristic of this amino acid and quickly subsides. May cause drowsiness. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage:Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
