It is a dietary supplement based on N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine. A new presentation that is easy to administer, easy to dose, and rapidly absorbed. N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine is a hormone naturally synthesized by our bodies from tryptophan and serotonin, the synthesis of which decreases with age.

Its release follows a circadian rhythm (increasing with darkness and decreasing with light). The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine shortly before going to sleep.

N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine helps relieve the subjective feeling of jet lag and reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

It is recommended to take 9 drops at a time before or at bedtime. 0.12 mg melatonin per drop.
