Spirulina is a spiral-shaped freshwater blue microalgae (hence its name) that is mainly characterized by its richness in proteins (65%-75% digestible proteins) and amino acids.

With 1,000mg of Spirulina per tablet, it also provides large doses of vitamin B12, carotene, beta-carotene, vitamin E, chlorophyll, gamma-linolenic acid, iron and many other nutrients of high nutritional value.

How to take Spirulina?
