How to take Vitanatur Symbio Lax L?

It is recommended to take daily during the indicated period, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Pour the content of both joined envelopes (double envelope) in a glass of water and stir. Let the content of the double envelope dissolved in water rest for 10 minutes before ingestion, in order to reactivate the bacteria and facilitate its subsequent fixation. Once taken, do not eat any food until after 10 minutes.
