How to take Mabo tryptophan nervous system?

Rosavins (3%) and Salidrosides (1%), Nicotinamide, Anti-caking Agents: Magnesium Stearate of Vegetable Origin and Silicon Dioxide, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride.

L-tryptophan (600 mg), Magnesium (120 mg), Rhodiola root dry extract (Rhodiola rosea L.) (22 mg), Rosavins (0.66 mg), Salidrosides (0.22 mg), Niacin (16 mg), Iron (4.20 mg), Pantothenic acid (4 mg) and Vitamin B6 (2.80 mg).
