How to take Magnesiodiet Plus?

Recommended for adults and children over 10 years: 1 tablespoon three times a day (30 ml), alone or with any infusion. Recommended for children 3 to 10 years: 1 tablespoon one to two times a day (10-20 ml), alone or with any infusion.
