How to take Marjoram essential oil?

Ingestion is recommended: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day, mixed in a teaspoon of oil. They can be dissolved in a vegetable oil at a rate of 30 drops per 30 ml of vegetable oil and take 1 ml of the mixture 3 times a day.

Cosmetic use: dilute 1 drop of essential oil for every 2 ml of carrier oil (normal dilution) in a bottle. Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure homogenization of the mixture. Apply and then have a massage.
