What is Melatonin?

Melatonin from Naturitas is a food supplement formulated based on melatonin and vitamin B6. This component helps to fall asleep and offers beneficial effects with the intake of 1 mg shortly before going to sleep.

Relieves the feeling of jet lag, its beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg that should be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination.
