How to take Melatonin Flash 1900?

• In case of difficulty falling asleep: take 1 tablet per day to dissolve under the tongue, without adding water, at bedtime.
• In case of jet lag: 1 tablet per day to dissolve under the tongue, without adding water, at bedtime, from the first day of your trip and during the following days until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.

Precautions

Keep out of reach of young children. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children without medical advice. Do not drive vehicles or use machinery within 4 or 5 hours following the intake of melatonin. In case of medication intake, do not consume without medical advice. Prolonged use is not recommended.
