How to take Multibyotics multinutrient?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning with food, or as professionally advised.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Prolonged intake of this amount of vitamin B6 can cause slight tingling and numbness. Do not consume for more than 6 months.
