How to take Fucus?

It is recommended to take 3 to 4 capsules daily, half an hour before main meals, ingested with sufficient water.

Do not exceed the daily dose expressly recommended. Keep out of reach of small children. Not recommended during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and for people with thyroid problems. Not recommended in cases of hypertension, anxiety, insomnia, tachycardia and heart disease.
