Properties and benefits of natal orthomol

Orthomol natal contains a combination of folic acid and Quatrefolic to contribute to the normal growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.
Quatrefolic is an active form of folic acid that is available to the body without prior conversion and is therefore more bioavailable.

Nutritional properties

• Folic acid contributes to the normal growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy. Supplemental intake of folic acid increases the folate level in pregnant women.
  Low folate levels in pregnant women are a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the growing fetus. The positive effect occurs with a supplementary intake of 400 g of folic acid per day for a period of at least one month before and up to three months after conception (target group: women of childbearing age).
• Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.

How to take natal orthomol?

It is recommended to take the content of one sachet dissolved in 150-200 ml of non-carbonated water daily together with the capsules from the sachet and one capsule from the blister during or after a meal.

Precautions

Contains iodine. In glycemic disorders, administer under metabolic controls.
