How to take Natura mix advanced reinforcement?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the morning, for children under 6 years of age, and 2 sachets a day for children over 6 years of age and adults. The contents of the sachet can be dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in water, fruit juices or yogurt.
