How to take Spirulina Cure 1 Month?

It is recommended to take the recommended daily dosage in a single take in the morning or to divide the doses between the different meals. Adults: 6 to 10 tablets per day, children: 1 to 3 tablets per day. If you are just starting to take spirulina, gradually increase the dose: For the first two days, take one tablet daily.For the next two days, take two tablets a day.
